ABOUT
SHLARC was founded in 2019 by Dr Nicolas Vince at the CR2TI laboratory in Nantes Université. SHLARC aims to provide a free, user-friendly webserver where researchers can access an improved imputation protocol by simply uploading their data and obtaining the best possible HLA imputation.
